These Terms govern access to and use of tablift.com, its sub-domains, and any services, purchases or SMS programs offered by Nbryte LLC brand “Tablift”

2. Acceptance & Changes

By accessing our site, placing an order, or opting in to SMS messages you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. We may update Terms periodically; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. We will post the “Last Updated” date at the top of the page and, for material changes, give at least 14 days’ notice via email/SMS where feasible.

3. Eligibility & Account Security

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase goods or enroll in our SMS program. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Products, Pricing & Orders

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted and include applicable U.S. sales taxes only. EU orders will display VAT during checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to decline or cancel any order, in which case you will receive a prompt refund. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Customs

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, clearance fees, or import taxes required by law in their country.

6. Returns & Statutory Withdrawal Rights

United States: We accept returns of unused products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery; you are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective.

European Union/EEA: In addition to any commercial guarantee, consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. To exercise the right, notify us (email above) before the 14-day period expires; you must then return the goods within 14 days at your cost (unless we agreed to bear it). We will refund the purchase price, including the original outbound standard-rate shipping, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return. European Union

By supplying your mobile number and affirmatively opting in, you consent to receive autodialed or prerecorded promotional and transactional text messages from Tablift by Nbryte at the number provided.

Your consent is not a condition of purchase. We honor the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines, and we process numbers from the EU/EEA under GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive (or successor national laws).

8. Intellectual Property

All site content, trademarks, and product designs are owned by [Nbryte LLC] or its licensors. Nothing grants you a license to use our marks without prior written permission.

9. User-Generated Content & Acceptable Use

You may post reviews or images only if you own or control the rights to that content and it is legal, non-defamatory, and non-infringing. We may remove or disable access to illegal or infringing content in compliance with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) and U.S. law. European Commission

10. Limited Warranty

We warrant that hardware products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from delivery. This warranty does not cover misuse, normal wear, or damage caused by accidents or unauthorized modifications. Your statutory rights under applicable consumer-protection laws are not affected.

11. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated, the site, products, and SMS program are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted, [Nbryte LLC], its directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for (a) indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages; or (b) total aggregate liability exceeding the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold [Nbryte LLC] harmless from any losses or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site or products.

14. Dispute Resolution

U.S. customers: Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions. EU/EEA customers: You may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of habitual residence. 15. Governing Law

For U.S. consumers these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the Federal Arbitration Act. For EU/EEA consumers, the governing law is that of your habitual residence, but Texas law applies to the extent it does not override mandatory EU consumer protections.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the site or SMS program for violation of these Terms or applicable law. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., warranties, limitations of liability, dispute resolution) will survive termination.

17. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms and any policies referenced herein (including our Privacy Policy and Return Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and [Nbryte LLC] regarding tablift.com.
